Yasin
Yasin is our Rohingya friend from Myanmar. He left his home country when he was 7 years old and now lives in Utah with his family. He loves to play soccer with his friends at school.


Ivanna
Ivanna is our friend from Ukraine. She lives in Poland with her family. Ivanna loves to draw and paint in her free time. She wants to be an artist when she grows up.


María
María is our friend from Mexico. She lives with her family in Arizona. She loves to practice piano and play jump rope with her friends after school.


Fahima
Fahima is our new friend from Afghanistan. She just arrived in Texas with her family a few weeks ago. She is now studying with her new American friends in a local school.


Pavlo
Pavlo, Ivanna’s brother, is our friend from Ukraine. He lives in Poland with his family. During his free time, Pavlo loves to write short stories. His favorite subject in school is History.


Saw Htoo
Saw Htoo is our Karen friend from Myanmar. He lives with his family in Indiana. He runs track and field and loves to explore new places in his town.
